\u00a0<\/strong>Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 02-02-2002, Cicli Tartaggia Gattico (NO)<\/strong> is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The lack of conformity can be found in:<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u2013 malfunction;
\u2013 internal transport damage not found upon receipt;
\u2013 incorrect shipment.

The lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months following the date of purchase; the time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it manifested itself is 2 months.
The guarantee will apply to the product that presents defects of conformity and\/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence, i.e. in compliance with its intended purpose & as provided in any technical documentation, with observance of the various operating standards indicated therein.
However, this guarantee will not be applicable in the event of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, any mechanical adaptations and\/or adjustments not prescribed by the manufacturer, etc.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to have the conformity of the goods restored by repair or replacement.
The guarantee is personal & will therefore apply only to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers & not for traders and resellers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPurchases made on the site www.ciclitartaggia.it<\/font><\/a> are protected by Italian law (Legislative Decree no. 206\/2005) on distance selling. If you have made a mistake in your order and have received an item that you did not want, or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal, or the possibility of returning the product and being reimbursed for the expense excluding the return shipping costs which will be at your expense. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send, within 14 days of receiving the goods, a communication by registered mail, in which the intention to withdraw from the contract is expressed. The right of withdrawal lapses entirely if the returned product is not intact, or: missing original packaging, missing elements integrating the product (accessories, screws, instruction manuals, etc.), damage to the product for reasons other than transport.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
